Giggles

It's been a bit since I've posted. Our boy is all over the place. We can barely keep him contained and he loves to investigate everything. He also tries really hard to climb up on everything. He isn't successful at getting up on anything except his mega blocks table (see photo below!)....yet.

Nathan has had a nasty ear infection (for 3 weeks!). It became more nasty as we had to switch antibioics on him. He has had a reaction to several antibiotics and the first round of Azithromycin didn't do the trick. The second antibiotic caused him to break out in hives. So, he finally had to get the Rocephin shots (3 shots, for 3 days in a row). It appears that the infection is finally gone. But, now we get to visit an allergist to figure out what his issue is with the antibiotics (3 have caused reactions). Each test takes all morning, so we hope to get at least two done over my spring break. Poor boy.

Other than the antibiotic issues, he is doing great. He "talks" constantly, and we wonder what he is telling us. He has several words and learns new things every day. His current favorite is to throw his sippy cup and say "uh oh." Um, yeah, it isn't an accidental if you throw it on purpose! He is also really, really trying to run. If he gets excited about something, he sort of runs in place. It is very funny.

Speaking of funny...he can really get going with the giggles....
